For fifteen years our founders have run entrepreneurship programs for governments, chambers of commerce, and universities, training 20,000+ founders in 50+ countries. Over the years we’ve built our own tools to support those programs. We’re sharing them here for ELEDA members. Some are free and self-serve. Some we run with you.

Cohort Leaderboard

Live scoreboards that motivate your founders to build.

Your founders submit their numbers through a Google Form (revenue, customer conversations, whatever you’re tracking), and the leaderboard updates itself.

The back end runs on a Google Sheet, so it’s easy for you to update. Need to fix a typo in someone’s revenue? Open the sheet, fix the cell, done. No dashboard to learn, no login to forget.

Setup takes about ten minutes.

Founder Intel

Get updated on your program alumni’s wins.

People who support founders for a living get measured on the success of their founders. Tracking that success is the hard part: Google Alerts don’t work, and following everyone on LinkedIn isn’t enough. Wins happen in other cities, on other platforms, years after your program ends.

Founder Intel is how we do it. We scan the public record for what alumni went on to do, and you get a report you can put in front of a funder. Every time one of our alumni opens a new office, enters a new market, or lands a big win, we know about it. If you’ve graduated 400 founders, you were never going to Google them all; Founder Intel points at the ones worth a closer look.
